TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Product purchased at Shenandoah Bee Supply LLC have been inspected for damage prior to stocking. It is suggested that all items be inspected and checked by the purchaser prior to leaving the store. Once the purchaser leaves the property the item is subject to the restocking fee mentioned in the RETURN POLICY. SHIPPING FEES: We strive to use the deepest discount on shipping that we can find. 1. UPS Shipping is based on live rates from UPS. This is due to costs incurred from UPS. 2. Once UPS has accepted the shipment (which is day of pick up) the purchaser is responsible for the shipment and its contents. If there is an insurance claim all information will be forwarded to the purchaser to file the claim. 3. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the package and its contents for damage prior to UPS leaving the site to start the claim process. 4. LTL SHIPPING: There are certain items that are marked LTL ONLY and they have a flat rate in the item description and they also have drop down menus at checkout so that the correct shipping rate can be picked. If the incorrect shipping rate is clicked the full live LTL shipping rate will be billed for that product. There will be no exceptions to these rates and they are subject to increase without notice due to rate increases in LTL shipping. 5. There is an additional shipping and handling fee for UPS shipping of $15.00. This has bee added to cover costs of shipping materials. 6. LTL Shipping shall have a pallet fee of $20 to cover cost of pallets and pallet handling equipment Policy Enacted 04/12/2021 RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Return within 30 Days: Returns will be accepted and refund for up to 30 days provided that the product is not damaged from use and not used in anyway. Original store cash register receipt will be needed to effect the return. Credit card bills, cancelled checks, will not be considered as receipts for any reason. There will be a 35% restocking fee per returned item with the original cash register receipt. Return Outside 30 Window: Returns outside of the 30 day window for returns will be accepted only with the original cash register receipt, at a rate of 50% per item of the original sale price only. There also be a restocking fee of 35% per item. This policy applies to cancelled orders as well once the customer has been notified to pick up the order. Order Cancellations: If cancelled by the customer in writing via email or US Postal Service that the order is cancelled or directs any owner or employee to cancel an order and the customer was notified prior to cancellation that the order is ready for pick up then this policy shall apply. The order shall be cancelled immediately. The refunds for cancelled order shall be issued by check and mailed to the customer through the US Postal Service. There will be no exceptions made for returned items. NO ORIGINAL RECEIPT NO REFUND. STORE POLICY IS THE FINAL DETERMINATION OF REFUNDS AND HOW MUCH OF A REFUND YOU GET.
